I am NOT a returning customer!
This is my first and LAST time ever doing business with this company
I returned their product in the exact same condition that it was sent to me, via USPS on 12/01/The tracking number is:

I also sent pictures of their product as instructed; however, I continue to get the run around, further demonstration of their deception in business
I continue to demand a full refund

Therefore, it should be delivered expeditiously, inspection of the product should verify my claims

We have investigated this issue and have taken action on behalf of the Customer. The Customer has been refunded in the full amount paid for this disputed order. The consumer placed this order on line on their personal PC with an opportunity to review our terms and policies on our site before placing the final order. The consumer did have another opportunity to cancel this order on the final check out page as well, by clicking the link provided below before...

entering any information for shipping and billing.  By placing an order, you agree to our store policies.You can see by Attachment #1 that the consumer continued and completed the order placement.  Once the order was placed, it began to process where the order contact history began with the consumer. You will see by Attachment #2 that all contact and order history has been noted for the consumer records as well as ours. With every order completed, the return form and policy stated on the form goes out with every order which is Attachment #3. Our policy states that the items must be in the original packaging as well as undamaged. We do not make the items, so we are unable to replace any undamaged packaging which is the reason for our strict policy. The return was received on May 5th, 2016 and was inspected. Upon the inspection it was determined that the item did come back without some of the manufacturer packaging. This was noted and saved with Attachments #4 and #5, and by Attachment #2  you can see that the consumer was notified of the issue and was explained the reasoning. Attachment #6 will show that the consumer agreed to all terms and conditions of our policy by signing and printing their name at the bottom of the form. We unfortunately are just the retailer of the item and cannot change the manufacturer packaging to make it easier on the consumer, however we did refund the consumer in full for the item. There was a partial refund to the original store credit used for this item as well as a small refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

The consumer was fully refunded on May 10, 2016 4:18:48 PM. The full refund given was he resolution of the complaint at that time. There is no further action necessary at this time.
