Voice Network

Was automatically a customer of Voice Network when prior company I had home phone service with sold its business to Voice Network Everything went smoothly until I moved house Told Voice Network in advance date I was moving and asked to tranfer my service with them A week before my move I called them to confirm we were all set, only to find out that they had discovered they could not provide me home phone service at the new house (they don't do home phone over fibre cable) Nice of them to have notified me!! LOL! So I was caught scrambling trying to find a new home phone provider That was just the start of the problems It's been over months that I cancelled with them and they keep billing me every month I keep calling and they keep assuring me that "it's rectified now"Yet, next month comes, et voila, another withdrawal from my account!! [redacted] front line staff that I find very unhelpful and requires a lot of time on the phone with them to explain the situation Supervisory staff not any better I definitely recommend you stay away from this business
