A technical support ticket was first opened with our Company on 2/11/Our technical engineer assisted the customer numerous times to try to get the phone to workWe then suggested to test the phone in our internal lab to see if the phone was defective or if it was the service the customer was usingThe phone was not deemed defective and worked fine Our return policy is days and this was well beyond that when the first ticket was openedI did leave a voice mail and email for the customer but he was on vacation and did not respondOnce he did email me back upon his return, I sent him another brand of phone at no cost on 5/16/He was going to remove the complaint if he could get the phone to work which we have not heard from him as of yet

The customer has been refunded in full for the purchase

using. The phone was not deemed defective and worked fine.  Our return policy is 30 days and this was well beyond that when the first ticket was opened. I did leave a voice mail and email for the customer but he was on vacation and did not respond. Once he did email me back upon his return, I sent him another brand of phone at no cost on 5/16/16. He was going to remove the complaint if he could get the phone to work which we have not heard from him as of yet.

Customer placed an order on Saturday May 30th at 12:10pm for overnight delivery which it stated would be Monday June 1st. Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday so when our team member came in Monday morning to process the orders, this order needed additional verification because the shipping...

address was different than the billing address.  Furthermore, the billing address was a Company's address and the shipping address was residential. We do this extra verification process due to the number of fraudulent orders we receive. It is to only protect our customers and the Company from fraud. The customer was upset the product did not ship yet and did not want to work with us to verify the shipping address and if that could have been done, we would have been able to process the order. Most customers are thankful that we check with them to ensure the order is valid but in some circumstances customers do not like the additional step.  I did talk with the customer and apologized and offered to send the product overnight at no charge but the customer had already purchased the product elsewhere.  I do not like hearing that a customer is upset with us as it is our goal to exceed expectations of our customers.
