Not sure they are still in business. They purchased items from us, no payment, and no one responded to calls or emails.
We had enlisted this company (Voip Xchange) to offload our old phone system equipment, to which we would receive payment.During that time, we were in contact contact with a *** to coordinate the effort....her contact information is mentioned below:***Senior Account ExecutiveDirect *** will honestly say that this was the worst experience. Not only was *** not providing us the proper amount of shipping material (Which she advised that her company would cover, and after sending constant communication) or responding to emails within a timely manner, we had decided to end our project early with them and asked for a payment for the equipment that we were able to offload to them (some but not all equipment)*** had advised (and I confirmed with her on more than one ocassion) that we would receive a payment in the amount of $700.00 for the phone system equipment that we were able to offload on to them.After waiting literally weeks to receive our payment, we received a check from her company in the amount of $413.00...well below the $700.00 payment that was advised to us.
Other (requires explanation) I would like for *** and her company to honor their word and pay us the agreed $700.00 payment, for our phone system equipment.
Since filing this complaint with the Revdex.com, I have attempted contact from the company VoipXchange and they advised that they would honor their word and send us a check for the remaining $287.00 that was owed to us however, we have not received payment and when I attempt to contact them (on 3 separate occasions) if the remaining $287.00 has been sent to us, I have not received any response.
I have attached a copy of the email chain that details this.
On Monday, 10/22/2019, my company received a check for the remaining $287.00 that was owed to us. We are now satisfied that this company has honored their word and paid us the agreed amount for our old telephone equipment.
