The date of service 11/15/was filed originally to Blue Cross! Blue Shield; they denied the claim for no coverageMs*** called on 03/03/2015, to update her insuranceWe refiled the claim on 03/03/to Ms*** correct insurance; they processed and paid on 04/02/As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions:

If you have insurance be sure to wait for the explanation of benefits before paying this company out of pocket. It has been well over 100 days and I am still waiting for my reimbursement from this company after my insurance company covered some of the costs. I have spoken to countless supervisors and employees leading to a dead end with no explanation as to the reason it is taking so long.
