I purchased a custom jacket from Volante Design on July 26th 2013 for a total amount of [redacted] USD, it finally arrived on October 18th 2013 and the sizing was wrong. I contacted customer service immediately about the sizing difference and they were aware of the issue, I was told to mail it back to them for a replacement. USPS had some issues and the package showed back up on my doorstep on December 9th 2013, USPS was unable/unwilling to inform me as to why it was returned. I contacted Volante Design the following day informing them of the issue and they responded quickly letting me know that it was still OK to send back the jacket for a replacement. This time I sent the jacket back via UPS with a tracking number (**XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) so I would know when the package would arrive. I sent customer service an email informing them of the package being shipped and included the tracking number as well as the shipment ID#. It was delivered on December 23rd, 2013 and was signed for by a "Customer Woman" according to UPS. Due to the holiday, I was understanding that it may take a little while for Volante Design to get through the holiday backlog of orders and returns. I attempted contacting customer service on January 28th 2014 using the same contact information as the previous email conversations I had with customer service and received no response. After a couple weeks passed I again attempted contacting customer service on February 10th 2014 using their alternate email which can be found on their website contact page. It is now February 17th 2014 and I have still yet to receive a response from anybody at Volante Design.Product_Or_Service: Mens JacketOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI am now beyond wanting an exchange and now would just like a refund of the [redacted] USD I originally paid for the jacket.Business Response Hi [redacted],I'm sorry about your experience with us, here at Volante Design. I have forwarded your email to my shipping and handling department several times, asking that they would get back to you about what we know about the whereabouts of your jacket. We received it just a few days ago and it was logged into our returns section. I should have handled the matter personally when I got your last email that you'd gotten no reply. Because there are two of us answering emails, [redacted] who handles exchanges and shipping statuses, and myself, we sometimes expect that the other has handled a given issue.I cannot apologize enough that you were so frustrated that you went to the Revdex.com.Here's what I'd like to do. We will send you the next size up that you requested, if we are able to, and also issue you the refund you deserve. Hopefully we can resolve or remove the complaint from the Revdex.com report.Available in the 2XL it seems you've requested. We currently have Gilded Onyx, Gold, or Spartan in the Eagle run currently. We could also send you another jacket style if you'd like.Thanks for your understanding.
