Additional Information:Todd B***, ordered an appraisal after giving an preapproval and with a deadline to close by Aug 28, 2015, contacted Sonya M [redacted] and stated that the underwriter will not count my W2's or taxes Note: Todd B [redacted] failed to do Due Diligence to Sonya M***, and ordered an appraisal for $300.00, which Sonya M [redacted] paid for Todd B***/H [redacted] Mtg assured Sonya M [redacted] before entering into an agreement that her loan would close.Todd B [redacted] was aware and had prior conversations with Acopia loan officer Blaine B [redacted] and asked that the FHA case forward to himTodd B [redacted] acted in an unethical manner with Sonya M***, by suggesting that the she allow the seller to keep her earnest funds of and with Acopia by transferring the FHA case to Hancock In Addition: Todd B [redacted] suggested that the seller ask for $2000,to insure the loanIt's is my belief that the three conspired to commit fraud against Sonya M [redacted] and by attempting to extortionReason to Return Funds - Sonya M***, states that when an appraisal is requested that the loan officer has done the necessary paperwork before ordering and appraisal H [redacted] mortgaged was aware that an appraisal was performed on said property and refused to use the one ordered by Acopia Home Loans which Sonya M [redacted] had paid $- Todd B [redacted] acted in an unprofessional manner by making promises of a loan as a Broker and informed Sonya M***, that she would need to reorder an appraisal with H [redacted] name on it which cost $300.00.Reason want the funds returned - Sonya M [redacted] has worked as a home health professional for over ten years and for the last three years have saved her money and worked 60-hrs a week to become a homeowner Acopia, H [redacted] and the Seller/Anthony W [redacted] conspired to defraud her of her savings Sonya M***, is displaced and has spent over of her hard earned wages to make her dreams come true The funds needed return due to the reason that Sonya M [redacted] is homeless but not without a home.What is the dispute about - $300.00/Appraisal Fee returned Todd B [redacted] of H [redacted] Mtg failed to do Due Diligence in regards to Sonya M [redacted] and has created more debt to her person
