The seller is not a legitimate "seller" According to Apple, the phone he was selling was not "detached" to the original owner When asked, he said that it was his phone.Same issue with the name of the business, immediately after I complained he said that it was his personal "thing" A stolen phone?I am asking Paypal to interfere for the extra $that I spent to replace the battery of the phone but of course, he ignored that request.ebay could not do any thing because the sale exceeded the days warranted period when I was asking for the refund They did not warn any body else about this sellerwhich is strange

This is a clearly a violation of my private rights As I stated, this transaction was conducted outside of my business The end

This was a private sale It had nothing to do with my former business Besides, the device was sold as is; a fact that was clearly stated upon sale
