weather condition that amount of time could bedifferentBecause of the date in which Mrs ***'s order was placed thattime period included HolidaysThanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.CCI was closed Thurs - Mon at Thanksgiving and Dec 22-Jan for Christmas.Thus (working) weeks Each time Mrs*** called our office we either called CCI on her behalfor told her if she wished she could call them and provided her a toll freenumberI am enclosing office notes from CCI that I requested this morningas well as front and back side of ContractPlease note it states oncontract that deposit is non refundable, she was also informed of this on 2different occasions by *** and *** at CCI.I feel we have done nothing wrong or inaccurate on this issue - we processedthe order in a timely manner, made several calls on her behalf and the wasinformed by CCI that when they called with an actual install date that shechose to cancel the order.
