Review: I have a brand new truck that had minor damage to the driver side rear of the bed. It was taken to volkers for repair. The first time the truck was "complete" the finished product was not acceptable. There was dirt in the paint. I contacted them, took it back and they tried to buff the marks out. The next day I noticed more errors in the finish, even an area that was sanded but not buffed. They tried to repair it again, but the blemishes including a fingerprint was not able to be repaired. After pressing the issue Jeff Volker agreed to repaint the truck. He was not happy about doing so. The second time the truck was to be complete, it is still not correct. There were areas that were not buffed after sanded again, and when sanding the bed, they sanded into the cab of the truck. There are still multiple blemishes in the paint if the truck that was "repaired".Desired Settlement: There has been an attempt to repair my truck twice and the work performed is unacceptable. This truck is brand new with less then 5K miles. I don't know if a third time to be painted by this shop is the best idea. I am thinking taking it to a different body shop, a GM dealer my be the best bet at this point.

truck was repaired flawlessly , the payment amount was 400.00 not paid by the trucks owner but by who hit the truck , 400.00 will be returned to either the person who paid for the repair or the trucks owner , its his choice
