Review: I was not giving my BNSF discount it should of been around 3000.00 and I was charged 623.00 for transportation fees that was not on sticker price and I was told I needed to pay it because it was brought over from a different lot I didn't ask for them to bring it over it was already on there lot. I was charged 1589.00 for paint sealant that was not done and 159.00 for pin stripe that was not done and 229.00 for mud flaps that I didn't get.

and I also received a letter form the bank stating the contract was messed up.

2600.00+156.00+3000.00=5756.00

the 156.00 is for the sales tax I had to pay on the 2600.00 for stuff I never received and for the trasportation costDesired Settlement: I would like to be paid back for all this I will not take less then what is owed to me I have been dealing with this for over 3 months started on the 19th of Feb 2014

My mother and I went to test drive a brand new Volkswagen Passat TDI. The salesperson’s name was [redacted] and he was very helpful. After the test drive, we noticed the only manual transmission car on the whole lot. The price of this Volkswagen Passat TDI was $20,000. We assumed it was discounted because of the only manual transmission on the lot. We asked to speak the manager, [redacted], to discuss the price. For this price, I was interested in purchasing this vehicle and my mother was going to purchase the other one she test drove. That would have been over $50,000 in purchases. [redacted] came out and was a complete jerk, very unprofessional and unethical in his communication to us. He was raising his voice, practically yelling at us. He was saying there is no way this car could be this cheap, it is common sense and was a marketing error. He was basically calling us stupid. I told him we had an infant child with us and he was scaring him with his tone of voice and if he wanted to take this argument to the street. He said gladly, and started strutting to the street and threatened me by saying, “You don’t know where I am from son.” I could not believe his unprofessional demeanor by trying to instigate a fight in from of a child. This person needs to be reprimanded for his threats and loss of sales. He told us he would not sell either one of us a car ever, loudly screaming. We are outraged and are going to tell all of our family and friends about this. In fact, we are close friends with the mayor of Billings, [redacted]. We are going to tell him and see if he wanted to do anything about it. Before we do, we want to know what your plan of action will be on this complaint. I have a picture of the car and the window sticker. I know business law very well. This price should have been accepted. It is not negotiable like a car for sale of Craigslist. We could take it to court if corporate does not punish [redacted] correctly. We would like to see him demoted or fired for this.Desired Settlement: We would like to see him demoted or fired for this.

Volkswagen Billings has conducted an internal investigation into the claims of [redacted]. VW has taken statements from both the salesperson involved and the General Manager. It is our belief that the incident in question arose due to a vehicle price being obviously mismarked. When the sales person and the General Manager of VW attempted to explain the typographical error to [redacted], the situation escalated. Our investigation revealed that while [redacted] may have used inappropriate language, at no time and under no circumstances should our employees engage in combative language. VW Billings employees have been verbally reminded that they are not to use inappropriate language with any customer at any time. VW Billings strives to have every customer's buying experience be optimal.

1. VW-Billings did not disclose the diagnosis fee of $115, which is more than twice the amount charged at a comparable auto service center, or other VW dealers.

2. diagnosis was inflated and included unnecessary work when compared with another VW service center. this equated to more than twice as much in cost and parts.

3. Service manager did not respond. Elevated to Customer service and only heard back from Dealership manager after elevating to VW regional service representative.

4. Gave up on any resolution. Dealt with corporate VW regional service center instead. How unfortunate.
