Review: when I first acquired my lease I purchased the excess wear and tear on the vehicle in addition to increasing my insurance on the car. When I purchased the wear and tear (excess) I was clearly informed that it would cover any vandalism, door nicks, scratches, ect. Unfortuantely my car was vandilised and my insurance company took care of the repairs.
When I turned in the I am now being charged $$1909.00 for the repairs done to the car via my insurance company.Desired Settlement: So, am I to understand that a car driven for 4 years in South Florida isn't allowed to be in an accident. To make matters worse I'm being penalized for repairing the car.
