We reached out to [redacted] upon receipt of this complaint Upon her return call, she asked that we not contact her any more This is the FIRST time we have ever been accused of intentionally damaging a customervehicle The technician at the private shop was apparently looking for a scapegoat to further his repair business Our estimate for original repairs was NOT $800, but was in the mid $range and we had offered to be flexible on our price, to accomodate her needs We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and complaint resolution These traits are the foundation of our customer satisfaction and the reason VW Gallery was #1in customer satisfaction for VW in the United States for We would have been more than happy to help clarify and address her concerns, however, we were told NOT to contact her again This exchange occurred less than minutes ago We are saddened that [redacted] feels misled, and would not give us the opportunity to address her concerns[redacted] ***General ManagerGallery Automotive Group
