There are several issues with the response from VW of DuluthFirst, despite their claim, they DID, in fact, claim to be selling me an exclusive vehicleI understand this is a "he says she says" scenario, and either I am lying about the fact that they promised me an exclusive vehicle, or they are, but I believe the extensive contact history and timeline of contacts between myself and VW of America supports my positionSecond, VW of Duluth's claim that hey can only do what VW of America tells them is falseIn fact, the only reason I involved the Revdex.com is that I was told specifically by VW of America that their dealerships operate as independent businesses, and furthermore that VW of America's only responsibility is to any warranty or maintenance issues and that to resolve this matter I would have to pursue it with VW of DuluthLastly, VW of Duluth's claim that I had the option to not purchase the vehicle because it was not the one I wanted is insulting; if VW of Duluth would have simply taken the time to listen to the complaints I made in person, or taken the time and care to read the original complaint I made with the Revdex.com, it would be clear that I was unaware that the car was not the one I wanted until that was confirmed by VW of America, via VIN number verification, MORE THAN ONE MONTH AFTER I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM VW OF DULUTH
