I have bought an used Hyundai Sonata Car from their showroom in December-for a Deal of 8000$ on road (including sales / service Taxes + DMV registration charges initially I have planned to buy using a bank loan and I have signed all the documents including GAP insurance for an additional amount of 615$ The next day I have decided to buy it using total cash payment due to delay in loan process etc), approval and high interest rate
It is the first time I am buying a car in USA, I don't know about the process and procedure, So without asking anything the amount told by "Sravani" who is a VW employee, I have given the Cashiers check for the amount 8615$I really dont know that GAP insurance will be only for car loaners not for the people who will pay using cash
Next Day after Delivering the Car, I received a mail from Jordan, finanace dept of Volks Wagon that to sign and send papers to cancel my GAP and I will get refunded that amount by check I have done the sa
