[redacted], our General Sales Manager, has contacted [redacted] and, together, they have setup 3 separate appointments with her to come to the dealership so that we could reach some resolution. The appointments were set for October 1st, October 3rd, and October 5th, but [redacted]'s schedule up to this point...
has not permitted her time to talk with us on this matter.We will continue to try to meet to discuss the experience.
