This is a message from [redacted] Classifieds:This vehicle was listed with us through a feed directly from Audi- they have an agreement to list certified vehicles once they pop into adealership's inventoryI see that you've had this vehicle listed on your website since September 27th, un-certified, it showed up on our siteon November 24th- was this roughly when you certified it sold for the customer?I believe what happened is that once you sold the car and certified it, it then was recognized by Audi and then sent to us, automaticallylisted, then seen by your sold customer.I've had the vehicle manually removed. The consumer place the deposit on 11/18/, and delivery was set for 11/Our mechanic who certifies vehicle was not going to be in Saturday 11/25, so it was certified 11/24, which prompted Cox to post the vehicle as a certified used AudiThey did not know at that time it was certified for this customer at the time of purchaseIt is a certified vehicle and can be taken to any Audi dealershipRay ***

They were on a day temporary registration , which is common place in the auto industryI addressed this with him , and he should have his registration at this point

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
==1. The Finance Manager stated that his dealership does conduct business with Auto Trader and Cars.Com, yet the vehicle was listed on both sites as certified for the amount fowl which it was listed on the dealer's site as uncertifiedIt seems to me that they were attempting to maximize their profits by charging me for a service that was already factored into the sales price. 2. The dealership is no longer an Audi Certified DealerI expressed my concern to the Finance Manager, who stated that he was unaware of the plans to decertify the dealershipHe never offered an option for the second delivery3. As of December 11th, 2017, the automobile was not registered with New York State Department of Motor VehiclesI suspect that this non-registration is an act of retaliation for my having filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI have attached a copy of the letter from the DMV

In response to Mr./Mrs. [redacted] complaint.  Audi of America is well aware of this situation and customer as well as Volkswagen of America.  The customer had been banned from the dealership in the past in regards to the same situation on their daughters Audi which he was part of.  They...

brought in their daughters Audi and claimed the vehicle was damaged here as well which was incorrect also.  I was not here at that time but Mr. [redacted] told me that himself and that he has noticed some changes in the staffing at the dealership and would like to give it another shot.  So he scheduled an appointment for 08/18/2015 for a check engine light.  He assumed it would fall under an open recall on his vehicle but we advised him that it would have to be diagnosed before the determination was made.  We advised him if it did not fall under the recall, he would be responsible for the diagnosis.  Tech found a code P1004, torque difference cylinder 1.  Customer insisted it should fall under a VW recall but Tech opened a VTA hotline ticket and that was not part of the recall.  Tech performed what was advised by the VW hotline, swapping the injectors and verify if there is failure or connecting rod.  The customer declined the replacing of the injectors and any further diagnosis, so the tech stopped any further diagnosis.  When the customer came to pick up the car, he noticed damage on the drivers door and insisted it was done while it was in our possesion.  I advised the customer that there was no way that it happened her based off the way our bays are set up. Mr. [redacted] was very adament and insisted it happened here and we were to fix it.  He began to tell me that I was just like every other employee here and that they trained me well to lie and screw over customers.  Which is definitely not the case. I then advised him I would look into it and call him with a decision.  When the car was checked in, it was noted on the repair order that the car was very dirty, there was scratches on the rear bumper and drivers door and door handle.  Which [redacted] signed at the time of check in.  I immediately advised my General manager of the customer concerns and he stated absolutely do not fix any body damage as the customer has tried this in the past.  Mr. S[redacted] then called Mr. [redacted] and advised him to return our loaner to the dealership because Mr. [redacted] had told me he was not returning my loaner until I fixed his vehicle.  Told me I was a liar and was trained well by my employees and my presense was very deceiving.  Mr. S[redacted] did not threaten the [redacted]'s, he just clearly advised them that I was doing my job and he was not to speak to his service manager the way he did.  That she was not being persuaded in any way nor convinced to mistreat customers.  He told him he was to return the loaner to the dealership asap as his car was ready for pick up and no further work was to be done on it.  He gave him till the next morning to return the car if not he would notify the police as he stated he was keeping the loaner.  I called VW of America to notify them of the situation and they noted it on file as they could already see the issues from the past with the daughters Audi.  They agreed with our decisions and that we could tell the customer that they are no longer welcome back to the dealership.  Mr. [redacted] returned the vehicle and that was the end of our communications with him.
