Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My car failed to start just a few hours after leaving the shopI took the battery down to [redacted] ***, failed their battery test, so I had to purchase a new oneSo I don't believe that you truly tested my batteryWhich if your implying that I'm at some fault for my battery because my car was listed as a "waiter", may I address my issue with my customer serviceFirst, I dropped the car off and was told it would be done that night or first thing the next dayNext, when I haven't received any call by the late afternoon, I called and asked what was the situation on my carI was told it still hasn't been finished! So the day ends with no phone callI show up the next day (3rd day of waiting) and find that my battery is dead, inspections have been FALSIFIED, and now damage has been done to my vehicle making the washer jets inoperableNow I have had to spend my hard earned money on your mistakes.So I understand the tech was new, I understand that you may think an oil change can't effect the washerFrom my point of view an inexperienced tech has made a mistake while working on my vehicle and did not report his faultsI can not take your word since I have been lied to about what prior oil change costs, saying things are free when their not reallyI have been lied to about what work has actually been done on my carSo I can not take your word on what your tech did to my car I will be satisfied when these terms are met, You pay for [redacted] to repair the jetsKeep your offer for a free oil changeReimbursement for my batteryI do not wish for your shop to ever work on my vehicle againI can never trust you again! we are offered an additional months or 12,miles onto the months or 12,mile warranty giving her the years or 24,mile warrantyWe just want to monitor the service to inspect the work that was performed on each visit to the dealershipVolkswagen of North America
explained that the work is not warrantied at another store but this oneShe can trade the car in if she so chooses we cannot not tell her no on thatWe can only say if the terms and conditions are fair to both parties

I am not satisfied because the car has still been leaking oil.I am now getting a check engine light on my dashboard and I am afraid to drive the car.This is not resolved reopen this case.How can the dealership tell me to trade in my car for another car.They don''t know my situation financial, and I still making payments on this car.Is this how they get new customers by up the engine in the car and then have the victim trade in the car.Help or can you recommend someone who can help me just get this resolved.** ***

Upon receiving the letter from the Revdex.com on 8/11/2015, I called the client and attempted to reachout to *** *** to first and formost apoligize for this concernI am the new service manager and I took over in July so I was unaware of how she was spoken to or how the concern was or was not
addressIt was noted that she would like us to pay for the labor to install the transmission and I feel that would be fair for us to do soI would need the shop to contact me or email me the repair bill so that I may have my accounts payable cut the check and a current address to make it to

I explained that I would take care of the wiper diagnosis and if it is the motor I would cover it, knowing that an oil change would not cause the wiper washers to stop workingI have no problem with thatAfter the car sat here for days when it was wrote up as a waiter the battery could have a draw which was why we had to jump the vehicle when picking it upWhen we tested the battery once we had it in the shop it passed the charging system test and battery was charged upAgain I will take care of the wiper washer only because I said I wouldYou will be more then welcome to watch the diagnosis process on the wiper concern but I will not allow you to interupt my technician while he is working on the car for safety reasons and I will have you watch in a safe location so that you can see everything.And as I explained about setting up and appointment I did say when you have the time to bring it in and when you are ready.?

this is what happened, he dropped the car off on 9/15 and picked it up at the end of the day on 9/18. Now the battery could have a draw and after sitting for a few days it could have drained the battery. The wiper concern is that the washer is not working but the wipers are, my tech said he...

inspected it but must have not tested the washer sprayers. We checked the fuses and they were fine I explained to Mr. [redacted] that I would properly diagnosis this concern and replace the motor if it is the concern. Remind you that an oil change will not cause the wiper washers to go bad, but when he left here on 9/18 I said that I would cover the wiper repairs. Not sure what else he is wanting me to fix. I already told him that I would diagnosis the concern and fix it at no charge to him. I said for him to call me to set a time so that I can get in it right a way

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I will be satisfied with reimbursement for the battery I have had to replace ($131.99) and the washer jets repaired. I will schedule an appointment to bring my vehicle when convenient for me. I would like to request to be present for the full vehicle inspection, due to the lack of trust with prior operations.Sincerely,[redacted]
