Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have yet to receive the manual as promised and as stated by VW of Salem's response to my claim I waited to file my rebuttal for several days to allow for the owner's manual to arrive by mail if they had been sent that way As it has now been days since they claimed to have provided the manuals (which is ample time for the mail), I must reject their response as being falseSincerely, [redacted]
It looks like the manual was ordered through our parts department and has not yet arrived. James P*** will be contacting the customer to arrange delivery or pick up of the manual
