I was very disappointed by my experience I had dropped my car off on a Tuesday at about am after setting up an appointment date I told the individual at the desk that I'd like my car back by the same day but the next day would be fineI did not hear anything back from them on that day nor did I call as I figured they would get to it early the next dayOn the second day (after still not hearing anything) I called them at 10:am asking if they have had the opportunity to look at my car They stated they had not looked at it yet I then waited till a little after 2:pm (after still not hearing anything) before I called and checked again At that time they said they still had not looked at my car and that they "might be able to look at it by this afternoon" He stated that they were being held up by some difficult cars At that time I notified them I wanted to pick up my car because I needed my car by the next dayI was disappointed that the service was so far delayed (and not even looked at) and that there was no attempt at any proactive communication by the garage to let me know of the delay It was extremely frustrating and the individual I interacted with seemed fairly apathetic regarding the whole situation It was very frustratingI would definitely not recommend this garage in the future

My aunt who is deceased left a oriental rug for me, it was rolled up under a bed for a couple years and I decided to have it professionally cleaned to put in my new house as I have recently been marriedThe rug, which is cream and turquoise, had a black spot on it and I had no idea what it was, but *** who works there made a note of itI had intentions on purchasing more rugs from Mr***'s store, who even called me and told me he had some rugs I might be interested in and we discussed that I would like to see them when I came back to pick up my rugI got a phone call that my rug was ready, but when I got to the store and saw my rug it was ruined! Mr*** nor *** was there but another sales lady and I pointed out to her the bleach stain on my rug, where the black spot was and still there only a little less visibleShe said she would have Mr*** (the owner) call me, and when he did he said that they were not responsible and did not cause the bleach stain on my rug, that what ever chemicals we used, we caused the stain and that there was a note about the spot on the invoiceI tried to explain that the note was regarding the black spot but Mr*** became very rude and insisted that his company had nothing to do with the bleach stain that was around the black spot on the rug and said "well what do you want me to do about it, come and pick up your rug and I won't charge you for it" and then hung up on meThe cost was only $and If any one could see the rug it is clear to see what ever chemical they used ruined my rug, they tried to get the black spot out, which is still visible, but made a stain on it which looks like they used bleachI reported the incident to the Revdex.com and Mr*** replied again that they did nothing to my rug, it was whatever I used to clean it and I should be thanking him for making my rug look betterI would never recommend doing business with this man, who takes no responsibility for what his business did to my rugI trusted what I thought was a reputable company, which he says has been in business for years without a complaint, but got my rug back in worse condition that it already was He is a rude horrible person to do business with and does not take responsibility for his wrong doingIt is not fair that he get away with this and if the matter is not resolved I will be taking Mr*** and his business to courtI don't have time to invest such negativity on lies, and have no reason toThere is much sentimental value in the rug, since it is from my deceased aunt plus whatever value the rug is worthDon't trust this company with cleaning your oriental rugs, because if they damage them they will not take responsibility for it

On the second day (after still not hearing anything) I called them at 10:30 am asking if they have had the opportunity to look at my car. They stated they had not looked at it yet. I then waited till a little after 2:30 pm (after still not hearing anything) before I called and checked again. At that time they said they still had not looked at my car and that they "might be able to look at it by this afternoon". He stated that they were being held up by some difficult cars. At that time I notified them I wanted to pick up my car because I needed my car by the next day.
I was disappointed that the service was so far delayed (and not even looked at) and that there was no attempt at any proactive communication by the garage to let me know of the delay. It was extremely frustrating and the individual I interacted with seemed fairly apathetic regarding the whole situation. It was very frustrating.
I would definitely not recommend this garage in the future.
