This is a scam. I ordered on 3/15/2020... I got a shipping notification on 3/23. When I track it, there is no movement... it shows the label was created, and that's it! Today is 6/12/2020... still nothing. Had to escalate through PayPal and hoping for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I ordered some shoe storage units for my son for Christmas 2019. The shoe storage boxes where never delivered and I did not receive a refund. I've contacted Vollymart multiple times since December 2019 and I still have not received my products or a refund.

These people are false advertising I dont yet have the product but I have already seen what It looks like I already tried emailing and everything. they continue to sell people the completely wrong thing and it frustrates me that the person I email is literally just putting me off to the side.

The item I receive is not the item that was advertised. I purchased a sliding door shoe box set at the price of $87.80. I received flimsy boxes and top that does not fit. I tried to contact the company to no response.

I ordered plastic sneaker boxes from Volleymart on Feb 21st 2020. I finally received my items on March 26th 2020. When I opened the package I was not pleased. What I had purchased from the website did not match with what was delivered. Instead of plastic shoe boxes, I received plastic folders with plastic doors. I contacted Volleymart to return the item. I was informed I had to ship the items to China. That seems odd when they are located in Oregon. I reached back out to get an address to ship back the items and I have not heard back from anyone.

In addition, it took Volleymart 34 days to provide me with the items I had purchased. I filed a complaint with PayPal after Vollleymart did not ship out my items. The compliant is still open with PayPal.

On January 26 2020 I purchased a shoe organizer from VollyMart company. The product is made by Unidesign Boutique (my guess) because in future correspondence I received reply from Unidesign Boutique only even when I asked Vollymart about the product and requested a refund. I have two complaints. First one was that the company forgot about my order and shipped it to me late. On Feb. 10 I inquired about the status of my order. I was informed that the item was stucked in their system and they are going to send it to me. I received an order on February 28 2020. I didn't like that product: it was hard to assemble. There was no return label, no instructions inside the bag. I contacted the company and they sent me a video on youtube with assembling instructions. I tried to assemble and failed again. I wrote the company that I want to send the peoduct back and I am asking their instruction on where to send and how. I wrote the company and reminded them about their return policy.

On March 23 they wrote me to send the package back. I asked them to confirm the address at Top Ideal, C Air – ***, Valley Stream, NY 11581
That was the address where the package came from. After I haven’t received any confirmation I sent the package there. On March 26th I got a reply that I had to send a package to China and the store where I sent the package doesn’t accept any parcels. They wrote “We accept no responsibility”. Not a single name was involved into our correspondence. All emails from them were without any names (anonymous replies). I am sure this company has bad business practices and needs to be penalized.

I placed an order with VollyMart on 1/25/20. the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account and showed, not as VollyMart, but rather #*** PAYPAL *HELPMAN 2211 North First S San Jose CA. I contacted them via email 2/5/20 asking for an update at [email protected] as provided in their confirmation email. I received a response 2/6/20 from this email (labeled as UniDesign Boutique) stating the order had been stuck in the system, was corrected and would ship promptly. I emailed again 2/11/20 stating that I had yet to receive any tracking information. 2/13/20 I received a response stating they would check my order. On 2/17/20 I formally requested a cancellation of order due to receiving no tracking/shipping confirmation and requested a full refund. I received a response 2/18/20 stating that my order was in transit and provided me with the following: https://www.17track.net/?nums= ***. This information, however, did not provide me with any information as to the status of my order, and the link directed me to a page in Chinese. On 2/22/20 I again demanded a refund as the order was untraceable, to which I was told to “wait a few more days”. On 2/24/20 I emailed the [email protected] email provided on their website hoping for additional assistance and asked for a direct contact. I was given the same “tracking” info and told to wait. 2/26/20 I asked for a direct supervisor contact as a small package arrived with thin plastic foldable pieces that in no way, shape, or form resembled the advertised stackable shoe boxes on their website and does not fit a pair of shoes. When I again demanded a refund I was told I’d have to pay the return shipping to China and promised no such refund. The return address on the postage is for Top Ideal C Air-City 210 E. Sunrise Highway Valley Stream, NY 11581. I have sent this via USPS to this address and am still waiting for a response regarding my refund.

After months of corresponding with website, I have yet to receive my product. The company has emailed me with a screenshot of shipping information, it is from Australia. They then proceed to tell me it was shipped via Fedex. I contacted them, they cannot find any information using the tracking number provided. I have tried several times to get a refund.

I placed an order with vollymart.com. What I received was a total different description and was not able to use the item. My order was for $175.60. After I placed the order, I emailed for a tracking number and was advised it was stuck then it was shipped. After days of no tracking number I asked for the order to be canceled in several email with no response. I only got an email days later saying it couldn’t be canceled bc they shipped it on that day. When the order did arrive, the shoe boxes “containers” were made of paper. The contact email address stop replying to my messages. Since this incident they have changed their email address contact from *** to ***.
