DO NOT USE
If I could give e zero rating I would. I have them come out to clean my gutters. The first crew didn't do the job correctly, and they had another crew come out to resolve. Candidly they made things worse. They readjusted the gutter on the back of the house, and now the gutter is too far from the house and the water leaks from the front of the gutter. Also I gave the crew instructions that when they leave to please shut the gate behind them because I have dogs, well they left the gate open and they got out and almost got hit by a car. Bottom line is they are terrible and do NOT use them!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There has been no check sent for the $ The business is lying because: I contacted the respondent directly many times after the first check was sent with no response back in an email conversation that had been ongoing for a couple weeks back and forth, and there was no reason to contact any "department" when I was communicating with the boss, or the boss's son directly The reason the business did not get to do any work at my home was because of red flags which popped up over and over No one could listen enough to what we wanted in the contract, and they kept adding addendums to it to try and fix their ineptitude with regards to writing contracts They finally simplified it all into one final contract, again it was wrong so we cancelled doing any business with them which was the smart thing to do with regards to this business I am still awaiting my check for $270.00, I will wait until the beginning of next month before I contact the State Attorney General for investigation Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] has been contacted and a representative is to contact our client to schedule a time to inspect the roofIf we can assist any further, please let us know

We have the same stance as previously stated responsesWe are not responsible for the interior growth of mold that may have been present prior to our workWe were not contracted to inspect or remediate mold on interior of houseWe performed the work per our contractWe do not feel as though it is our responsibility to provide any compensation

The customer cancelled his special order window project he had contracted with our company months priorUpon cancellation of the contract, he was refunded his entire deposit of $8,for this window projectThere was also a separate contract for floor joist repairs I believe the deposit for the floor joist repairs is what the customer is referring to in the complaintOur accounts receivable/payable department is not aware of any attempts by the customer to contact us concerning this matter of the $We learned of this matter through the complaint registered at the Revdex.comI have sent the customer a $refund check for the joist repair projectThis check was sent via certified mail on 4/9/Had I been aware of this matter prior to this Revdex.com complaint, I can assure you it would have been amicably and promptly resolvedThank you, Michael VolpeVP of FinanceVolpe Enterprises Inc

We replaced approximately 190sqof stucco on the front of the house around November Our records show we did not replace any wood or this would have been reflected on the billWhen we removed the existing stucco, we determined that the wood, from viewing it from the exterior, was not in needs of replaced and was a suitable substrate for new stuccoWe were unable to assess the interior side of the substrate since the wall was not open (which is where our client states he is having issues: rotted 2x4’s/termites)We completed our work per our contract In April the client called and reported they had a leak after a extremely heavy wind driven rainThe leak was locate above the 1st floor windowWe examined the leak and notified them the leak was originating from the 2nd floor window at the sillAfter explaining it was not the stucco causing the issue, but the leak was from the sill of the window and that our repair would solve the issue, we returned and completed the workIn our clients complaint, there is not mention of any active leak, in fact, he states there is no leakWhen we met with our client, they informed us that they had a accidental interior leak (from a pipe) that leaked all the way into basement At the time we performed our contracted exterior work, we did not see any signs of termites ( we were only working on the exterior) nor did we feel the wall was not suitable for new stuccoWe applied [redacted] “StuccoWrap” between the stucco and the wood to prevent any moisture to be in contact with woodWe are not liable for termite damage or damage to wood on the interior of the house since we did not remove or replace any sheathing

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory only if Certain Teed responds to the request I have been waiting for two months for this to occur and do not have a lot of faith in Volpe Enterprises that they have indeed contacted Certain Teed to resolve this matter There has been no final inspection of the project by the Project Manager of Volpe's, so I am not sure that Certain Teed will be following up to insure that the project with their materials was done to [redacted] specifications. Please note; Even though there has never been an inspection of the project to insure that the Subcontractors that Volpe sent to do my roof project did so properly, Volpe has charged my [redacted] account stating they have completed the job and therefore are entitled to payment in full Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:No active leak did not mean no damageThe damage had occurred before the sill pan installatioAdditionally, after the dry wall was removed the moisture reading is high when outside is raining, which indicated there is still water intrusion from the vapor barrierThey only installed 1-layer of vapor barrier which caused all of the water intrusion and is the popular stucco problem across PA The wood sheath damage was due to inproper stucco installation / waterproof layer, which caused water intrusion They replaced one piece of wood sheathing beneath the window (see attached with mold and rotten)Apparently, when they replaced the sheathing, there was not damage on the studNow the attached picture showed enough evidence of sheathing damage and stud damageThe original sheathing is OSB Regards, [redacted] ***
