In viewing my computer on 1/31/17 an offer popped up for your product for $4.95, then a 2nd product for $4.95. for that price I went for it. I paid $10.66 on 3/6/17. In March my credit card was billed for $96.81, $96.81, $96.92 & $96.92. I was very upset with these charges. In March I received two small packages which I returned to the post office on 3/22. The Texas Company, Repairwrinkles reversed their charges of $96.92 x 2 and credited my account. I have spoken with your company & my credit card company. I find that your charges were unauthorized and/or fraudulent. Hence I told my credit card company as such & told them NOT to pay you. Since your company claims that you had a "disclaimer" of terms & conditions on the same screen as I placed my order, the charges were due. THIS WAS NOT ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN. I am a detail person, if it had been there I would have read it and NOT ordered your product.

Billing Adjustment Since the Texas company did the right thing & reversed the charges on my credit card, your company should reverse your charges of $$96.81 x 2. FRAUD, Fraud & FRAUD & you should be embarrassed & ashamed. Or is it just a way to make money'?? Now step up & do the right thing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via email.
