Customer Failed to pay a balance of $on the car that was owed to us from time of purchase we tried collecting Time after Time We were informed customer was refusing to pay Months later He blew the car up and had his Dad call saying that he was now wanting to pay us the balance If we would fix the car I informed them at that time to keep the money owed towards any alledged repair The car was Sold As Is with no warranty expressed of Implied Customer Signed Several As Is Disclousures also customer declined a warranty and signed a Waiver It is a used car and was sold accordingly

Customer is responsible for making down payment when promised It's not something that we should have to attempt to collect Customer also signed a Waiver of warranty on the car and does have a copy .customer has also admitted to working on the car prior to alleged head gasket Car was Sold As- Is Where is with no warranty expressed or Implied as stated in his paperwork Under these conditions and time passed we are Sorry there is nothing we can do As stated prior We dismissed the Balance owed towards any problems he has been fixing

Volstice Auto has nothing to do with This issue it is between there Insurance company's She is Required to have full coverage insurance when there is a LoanYet she refuses to do this as it to expensive for her at least that's her answer Volstice Auto does not do Repairs on Sold cars months after
the date of sale The driver of her car Has full coverage insurance His company declined the claim as they state the by law the Insurance of the actual car is the one liable At this point it's is a Insurance company issue not a Revdex.com issue

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: business never tried to collect remaining balanceI called on 2/28/to let business know that something had came up to which I wouldn't be able to pay until a later dateI also asked several times if there was a warranty I could purchase ken told me that it wasn't needed due to the car "running like a champ" there were dozens of things wrong with that car that I had to repair prior to the head gasket blowing upFurthermore ken pressured me to sign off on that car knowing that car wasn't at all what I wanted Sincerely,*** ***-***
