This is one side of the story If there are any other people that would like to hear the other Please call me and I will explain Dont have the energy to post a lengthy response to a highly inaccurate complaint For the record, this customer was happy with the panel I put in which was why they were asking for a bid on the HVAC Also, they claim to wait months to have us do their HVAC job when they had gotten several other bids They claim they were emailing and calling constantly, which is very untrue I have emals from them in a month period, one of which I told them we were too busy to complete their job we gave them a bid for months earlier We have 1000's of satisfied customers and really try to do good work at a fair price Thanks

which was why they were asking for a bid on the HVAC.  Also, they claim to wait 6 months to have us do their HVAC job when they had gotten several other bids.  They claim they were emailing and calling constantly, which is very untrue.  I have 2 emals from them in a 5 month period, one of which I told them we were too busy to complete their job we gave them a bid for 5 months earlier.  We have 1000's of satisfied customers and really try to do good work at a fair price.  Thanks
