Review: I applied for a H.R Manager Opening with this company back in June 2015 since I have been receiving Phone calls and e-mails several times a day about warehouse opening as well as other jobs (not) in the field I was looking for, I have ask for them to stop contacting me there response was for me to remove my Resume off CareerBuilder which would stop other employers with management opening from contacting me this is plan harassment they call when I am at work and all thru the day I want this to stop my next step is a Harassment lawsuit any help you can give would be appreciatedDesired Settlement: I want them to stop calling me and to stop E-mailing I do not feel it is right for me to remove My resume off CareerBuilder to get this done

Review: I was employed by VOLT which is a Temp Agency. I began on January 6, 2014 and was released from my assignment on April 9, 2014.I applied for Assistance with the Texas Health and Human Services. They needed "Employment Verification" completed Form H1028-1. I submitted it to Volt on April 17th and it was due back on April 21st. The form was received back at HHS on April 17th but it was hand written in that I was "currently employed". In another section it stated, "To verify if no longer on assignment please resubmit after 5/1/2014". I did not receive a copy so I had no way of knowing what had been submitted. When I receive an Award Notice from HHS that indicated the amount of money I would be making in the month on May & June, I was stunned so my grandmother telephoned HHS for clarification. The caseworker told me what was they had received from VOLT. My grandmother proceed to go to the local HHS office to obtain another FORM 1028-1, she faxed it to VOLT in Orange, CA on May 2, 2014. It was completed and faxed back to HHS on May 2, 2014, in the section "If this person is no longer in your employ: Date Separated: 4/13/2014. My last date was April 9, 2014.In talking to [redacted] (Dept. Supervisor)in verification, there Policy is that they have two weeks to see if they can place a person on another assignment but this was not written on the HHS Form. When I asked her about the date of separation she said that was the end of week. I told her the question was the date not end of week. She said she felt that it was reported accurately and she stood by what was sent in.I feel that I have been victimized by two agencies. I have a three year old daughter, no income, and I have been awarded $97.00 for Food Stamps for the month of May because of what VOLT reported.Desired Settlement: Change policies and procedures. Give employees copy of Policies & procedures and a copies of any information being sent to agencies concerning employees.Correct date of separtion be sent to Texas HHS!
