In May 2019 we purchased our home that was in the process of being resided. The previous owners gave us the receipt and told us if we had any problems to contact Premier Siding. Of course, this winter we noticed that the siding was contracting over our garage which was leaving a half-inch gap exposing the weather wrap beneath the siding. I contacted Premier Siding a few dozen times and left messages. I also reached out to them on their *** page, but I never received a response. In January 2020 I tracked down the owner of Premier Siding online and contacted his home phone number. A lady answered and told me he was going through a divorce and as far as she understood the business was probably being sold. I told her to have him contact me because I needed this work remedied. A few days later I received a call from a lady calling herself *** and she said that Premier Siding is now *** and that they no longer deal with siding. I told her I needed them to honor their commitment to their customers and she said he would come out and take a look but she wanted me to email a photo of the problem to her, which I sent to ***. That was on Jan. 23 when I sent the email and today is Feb. 25 and I have yet to hear back from them, nor has anyone came by to fix the problem. I have reached out to them several times and I'm still not getting a response.
We contacted the home owner and let him know we would be out to address the issue. The gap in the lap joint of the siding pieces over the larger garage door was corrected yesterday 2-27-2020 and an email was sent to the customer letting them know that the repair was made. I had my roof replaced Spring of 2018. I had a good experience with this company. Jerry was very helpful every step of the way. He returned my calls promptly. The office staff was always courteous and friendly. Jerry worked well with the insurance company, too. I have been very pleased with my new roof this past year. I recommended this company to a friend who also had a roof replaced by Premier Siding, Roofing, Home Improvement, LLC. Their experience was good, as well.

We had some shingles blow off the roof from a storm this spring. Jerry came out to inspect our roof. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he found and even had pictures to show me of the damage he found. When we filed the claim with our insurance he made sure to adjust his schedule so he could meet with the adjuster at our home. Jerry had a crew come out to repair the roof that was great. They were able to complete the entire roof in one day. They made sure to clean up after themselves. Jerry has been easy to reach if I have any questions regarding the roof project and has been great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company to work with.
