It’s scam, I don’t recommend
I ordered a wallet from Volterman on November 24th, 2022. The amount of the order was $146 for the wallet itself and $19.00 for the engraving. They let me know it would take 20 business days to ship and once it shipped they would give me a tracking number. However its now April 9th, 2023 and I have not received my product. I contacted the company on January 9th, 2023 asking if my product had been shipped yet and I got a response saying they were sorry for the delay but would be shipped after January 20th. I emailed them on February 11th, 2023 they said they don’t have black case and they can send brown, and they could send it next day, I said ok, still nothing, I emailed them on March 5th 2023 and asked a refund as soon as possible, and they answered I am really sorry for the decision that you have made, however, be sure that we are always here to assist you accordingly and we respect your decisions. I have already transferred your details for the refund and the refund will be issued within 14 working days. Still nothing. I emailed them yesterday on April 8th and I was blocked, no answer from them.

I had made a commitment to purchasing one of their products back in August of 2017. The contribution was of $439 promised to ship within a few months. It is now coming up on 3 years and all I've received was a rotation of e-mails giving me empty promises. Not only has this product become obsolete, I personally have no use of it. The company has collected a massive amount of backing and has yet to deliver to even earlier adopters than myself. They continue to advertise on their website and should not be allowed to do so until they fulfill the orders they have already promised to deliver.

I backed the volterman *** on *** The expected ship date was December 2018 and I just received my product. I paid for two ***s and two wireless chargers. I did not receive one of the wireless chargers and one of the ***s will not charge. I contacted the company for a replacement and they are arguing with me that the *** does work. They keep replying to my emails asking for more and more information. They require a video of me showing that the *** does not charge and showing that the charger will charge something else. I complied and they replied that they could not see the video. I sent them a link to the video, now they say that I did not show the problem long enough and are requesting another video. I have never in my life been expected to jump through such hoops to return a defective product. I believe they are scamming people out of a lot of money and getting away with it. They have not sent my missing product yet either. There is no reason that they should hold up the good that I paid for while they request me to send them more and more video of their product not working. I did not ask for a refund, I asked for a replacement. I asked for the wireless charger that I paid for be sent to me. I do not feel comfortable taking 5 minute long video of myself in my home and providing links to my photo albums just to receive a replacement on a defective product.

We would first of all
like to thank *** for supporting our product on *** We are sorry
about the disappointing experience that she has had with the delay in the
shipping of the product to her. We started the campaign with the idea of the
product and it took a bit longer to develop the product that we originally
planned. As a campaigner, we have passed a long way, because the product has hardware,
software and leather components and we also had to go to redesign to develop
the magnetic charging port. We would love to have a completely different
situation, but such things happen, when the product is not an off-the-shelf
product.We have additionally checked the issue with the missing one
wireless charger with the Logistical Unit and have found out that on February
28, 2020, our Customer Support contacted *** asking to confirm once again the
shipping address to ship the missing wireless charger. Coming to the charging issue that the backer encounters to one
of the ***, with due respect to her and fully understanding her
frustration, our Customer Support is simply following the Company policy for
repair or replacement, which clearly states that Customer Support will ask for
photo and video evidence of the “defect” of the ***. This is the reason why
our Customer Support is asking for videos. When the backer says that they’re
asking for more and more, it’s because she is not providing the required
elements of the video that will allow the Technical Team to examine the case. In our Policy, it is clearly written that if the product has a
manufacturing defect, once the Customer Support approves it, it gives clear
steps on how to send the product back to us and in case of manufacturing defect
our company also covers the cost of standard shipping to us. The Customer
Support team has requested the relevant video on March 4 and *** has not
provided it.In her complaint *** says that we’re asking for a video of
her, showing the ***. We would like to reinstate the we NEVER ASK FOR A
VIDEO OF THE BACKER, where the face is seen, naturally what may be seen in the
video is the product itself, the hands and the voice may also be heard. OUR CUSTOMER
SUPPORT NEVER ASKS FOR LINKS TO HER PHOTO ALBUMS. Why do we need her photos
to fix the charging issue? We assume that there should be misunderstanding
on her end.As for the scam, I'm
really sorry to hear that as you have received your ***s as promised despite
all the delays we had and at least you could be one of our
"messengers" to provide feedback upon that. And moreover, we have
been in contact with her all the time and I believe, our Support Team has
provided her all the necessary and required assistance and information.Earlier today we have
received another video from her, which again fails to provide all the required
elements. As we do not want this situation to become a vicious cycle, ON EXCEPTIONAL
BASIS and by the GOOD WILL of our company, we have made an exception for her
and agreed to repair or replace one not charging *** (without asking
for more videos) once she sends it back to us by standard shipping to our
return shipping address that our Customer Support has provided to her. We have thoroughly
kept good and polite conversation with her all the time, so it’s quite strange
for us that we have failed to see the reflexive approach from her end. Once again our sincere
apologies for the delay.

I am rejecting this response because it is false. I do not anticipate any resolution to this issue. I solely would like to warn others. I do not need to address the above response. Before you buy, look at the Revdex.com and read the complaints, go to *** and read the posts relating to Volterman and go to *** and read the posts on their own website along with the complaints at a *** page called "Volterman Scam Campaign" that is dedicated to the issues that I describe with Volterman. Buyer Beware!

I backed a campaign via *** for a Volterman product. The estimated delivery was May 2018. Upon backing this campaign I was allowed to choose a "perk" that they would provide me for backing the campaign. There are over 19,000 backers worldwide who have contributed over $2.9 million. Volterman has repeatedly stated they were developing and then producing the perks and shipping them out to backers. In December, Volterman claimed to have shipped 218 units in Novemeber. For October it was 502 units and September it was 700 units. Recently, it has become public that Volterman is accepting orders on their website and shipping those units while there are still thousands of outstanding orders from their *** campaign. It is my belief that, in addition to multiple violations of the *** campaign owner obligations, they have lured backers with the appearance that they'd receive these perks with little to no intention of actually fulfilling the orders and are instead using the money to fund orders from customers who have paid more for their products. I have repeatedly contacted them to get a refund and they've refused with vague statements that they are delivering perks and they don't know when mine will ship. I have contacted *** and they have refused to issue a refund and do not appear concerned with Volterman taking money from backers and not providing perks in a timely manner and instead sending perks to recent customers. All I want is my money back and for backers who have not received their perks or who have not been satisfied with the perks provided to be issued a full refund.

this company scammed me for 400 bucks, it has been well over 2 years and I never received my 365 package, I only get different lies and excuses in my email box whenever I try to contact their support, it's always lies lies lies and more lies,. the most recent of which is that they ship batches differently, so those who paid them the most early on, will not get their package before some1 who purchased a wallet 2-3 months ago. they always say the same phrases that their managers tell them to respond, always lies. there is currently a lawsuit coming up against those guys, it's in the process of gathering all the victims who want to join in on the lawsuit against Volterman, and the lawyers are Yerevan, Armenia based big law firm that will have the most success in this matter as they are well savvy in local laws. I assure you this will not go unpunished and *** will also suffer from the backlash of knowingly sponsoring a scam company that scammed it's costumers using their platform.
the email of the guy who runs point of this lawsuit is *** also he asked me to let you know that he received tons of emails every week and he has very little time to respond so he writes down the emails for a mass newsletter he will send out soon once the lawsuit procedure has been finalised.

I purchased a product from this company over 2 years ago. They never delivered the product. Come to find out they have not delivered product to hardly anyone. This company is now selling their product on *** when they won't even take care of their existing customers. I asked for a refund and was told they do not refund. This company is actually located in Armenia but their *** is in San Francisco. Product was suppose to be delivered in Feb 2018 I think I waited long enough.

Ordered wallet in January NEVER arrived DEMAND REFUND!!!!!!!!!! They started on *** they are a total joke.

This company started a crowd Funding Campaign on the *** website almost 3 years ago. They took in over 3 million dollars from over 19000 backers that expected a working "Smart Wallet" at the end of the campaign. The company promised shppment in December of 2018 and most of the 19000 backers have still not received their wallet. The backers that have received their wallet are finding that they do not work and cannot get any resolution to the problem. Volterman has still not shipped all product to their backers but they are selling on their website and promising delivery within 60 days. I have heard of buyers from their website getting a product in less than 2 weeks.This is something that Volterman is not telling the backers on ***. They just say, You will eventually get a product. At this point seeing the product they are selling which is much thicker than shown in their advertisements and all of the problems that the wallets have, I do not want mine at all. This company does not care about their customers no more than they care about the quality of their products. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I suggest that anyone thinking of buying a product from this company go read the over 9000 complaints on the *** website where they asked for money from backers to produce their "Smart Wallet". The products they are shipping do not work and the pictures that they show on their website are deceiving. The product is way too big to put into a pocket comfortably. They also do not provide support for defective merchandise. They do not quality check any of the products that they ship.This company is selling these defective products on their website and promising 60 day delivery when they still have not sent products to all 19000 backers that gave them the money to produce these defective wallets. They are not even telling their backers when they will get their defective or non working wallets. Please read the feedback on this site ***. If you still want to do business with this company after reading these reveiws, I say BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Total Scam, Have been waiting for over a year and still all we get are excuses.

When I ordered and paid for the product in August of 2018 it said expected ship date of December... then they changed the ship date to March of 2019, then again to May of 2019... now the are saying September, but every complaint on their platforms are from people who have been waiting over 2 years with the same problems... I asked for a refund and they flat out said no... that they will eventually make my product and I’ll just have to wait... I paid them $400 a year ago, I would have never paid if I knew they were going to cheat me out of my money for over a year
