The client agreed to pay that day and the business failed to allow that rather made it harder for the client.
Never sent no notice via registered mail to notify that of its not paid within a certain time frame you may be subjected to repossession. In the contract does not say anything about time frames the client agreed to pay the month and the fee for the payment but the company repo charge nearly $[redacted] to recover such asset.

This client was in breach of his term and obligations, of his lease contract we reserve the right to extend credit or not extended credit to clients with less than perfect credit.
In this case we have reviewed our policies and practices, and Feel this client of being to high risk for us to continue to extend credit.

We strive to meet our obligations to our consumers, concerning after sale service, at no to low cost to our customers.
After the sale of the [redacted] to [redacted], his vehicles did have some issues, of which were address. Under our 30 day...

warranty policy.
Our 30 day warranty clearly states that we would share in a 50/50 cost sharing model should issues arise with the purchase of a Used vehicle from our company.
However in [redacted]s case in concerns to the vehicle and its repairs. We at Collishaw Auto Financial repair this vehicle at no cost to the consumer.
Now to address the 30 past due on the 02 sensor that has gone bad, this is an electrical component, and rest assured in the even our repair facility had damaged it and any way I would certainly replace it. However as noted by the customer this 02 sensor stop working at the end of [redacted], I would be happy to extend our warranty coverage at a 50 Percent share cost, as the 02 sensor stop working.

Where I feel this is a direct result of them changing the flex pipe I want the componet changed at their expense. Where the down stream O2 sensor is so close to the flex pipe I feel this has broken when the flex pipe was changed. And for the amount if times the flex pipe was changed and had to go back 3 times for this fix. As of the receipts that were submitted. The abs sensor was a part of the agreement when I bought the car as was the exhaust issues. Which all thr issues that were addresses by myself before I got the car were addressed. I had advised that the engine light came on after the second tine they changed the pipe. Which in my opinion fell of deaf ears.

we would be prepared to offer this consumer a 50% discount off the repair to replace the O2 sensor at our facility. This part would be replaced with and original OEM part. Should the consumer choose to accept this offer he can contact our office to book an appointment. This offer is valid for 30 days and shall expire on [redacted], [redacted].
