I received my product over 2 mos after my order was placed. The product does not work and they will not refund me or take it back. I am so frustrated with these people they have my money and I am out because this wand does not even work. They asked me to make a video which I can not do to send to them and I expressed I was unable to do this but would send this back and they will not approve my return. They are scammers and I hope this message gets out to others before it is to late for them too! They don't even deserve a one star rating but they would not let me do a review without leaving one. Very unsatisfied customer!!! Debbie

Place an order with this company on 1-20-2020. The company said after an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 2-5 business days on avg unless held up by unforeseen events.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Our standard shipping time is 7 - 14 business days. Although rare, it may take up to 2-4 weeks with processing time for shipments to arrive, depending on the product, holidays, or weather conditions.

Please allow 2-5 weeks for International delivery (due to custom rules for each country). I had contacted this company through e-mail several times about my order. Get a date for delivery I have yet receive my product. This is a copy of last communication: Sarah J (Volume Trends)

I checked our system and your order has for sure been shipped out. I don't see a tracking number provided yet but it's telling me it's estimated to arrive by March 12 if not sooner. As soon as the tracking number populates, you'll receive a notification. Thank you!

I’m not understanding where my order I placed ORDER #*** for the iUltrasonic™ v3.1 Slimming Cellulite Remover back in January. If you not going to ship me my order then refund me my order. I required about his order several times now. If need be I will hire an attorney and maybe then I will get a response from you guys.

Shoddy customer service. Shady replies. I couldn't get a "straight" answer on where my product was other than "held up with the health crisis "until I asked for my money back. Then suddenly, its too late because now they magically have shipping info and I should receive it by March 12! Great, I'll just return it. Well, that takes approval, I pay the shipping (which I'm sure they haven't even shipped it to me if its taking that long and oh yeah there's a restocking fee! Highway robbery and unAmerican customer service at its finest! Make you lose all hope in humanity. Also, seems quite interesting that the only reviews they show are "model" like photos and 5 star reviews.

I have made several attempts.. But they keep saying they don't have a money back guarantee but I have a screenshot of it from their ordering site.. I just want to return both products and get a full refund
