I had bought a car from volunteer credit. Tom told me he knew that car well. He said it's a good cat that the only thing wrong with it was the windows don't roll down and the trunk release button don't work. Three is more issues them that with the car. I can't go over 40mph if I do there's a bad wrinkle and no it's not the tires. He told me that he knew the owner before me add long as he has worked there which was for 2 years. That this car has 120,000 miles but the milage gage doesn't work. He needs top Make this right
Refund They Get the car back and clear that loan plus give me 160 for the taxes and registration fee I had to pay
In October this customer purchased a repossessed vehicle through public bid. She was told in plain terms we could in no way guarantee the condition or dependability of this automobile. This was conveyed to her by more than one of our office staff. Since this complaint we did contact this customer and after some checking it turned out the battery had a faulty cable connection. The car is running and is being driven. We hope she has continued use of the vehicle, however, we have no control over the performance of a used vehicle and do not offer a guarantee or warranty of any kind.
