In response to this Complaint, the City of Toledo voters approved the natural gas governmental aggregation program in August, Volunteer Energy Services, Inc(“VESI”) was chosen to supply natural gas to the residents and small commercial customers in the City of Toledo. Customer should
have received an opt out notice with terms and conditions explaining that if customer doesn’t mail back the notice, the customer would automatically be enrolledThe mailing of the opt out notice is a requirement of the Public Utilities Commission of OhioVESI will place this customer on the “do not enroll, do not mail” list and will remove this account for future participation in government aggregation programsPlease let us know if you need anything elseThank you

customer was on a fixed rate plan and has been cancelled and the Early Termination Fee was waived. Upon investigation, it appears that a relative of
the business owner enrolled customer without proper authorization. The customer
