I requested a quote for my inground pool linerThey came out, quickly did a quote that seemed reasonableI requested a work statement of work I was assured they were an A+ Revdex.com I said I knew that but perhaps some kind of statement as to what I was getting for my nearly $prepayment The tone changed immediately tom" we are an A+ Revdex.comrsting and you can trust us, if not we're not interested in your business I told them I had removed money from my retirement account and was ready to have it installed and I didn't think my request was unreasonable since they wouldn't order the liner until I paid for it in full? I FINALLT GOT IN TOUCH WITH [redacted] THE ORIGNIAL CONTACT, AND HE TELLS ME THEY DISCUSSED OT AND ITS REALLY TO FAR AWAY TO BE PROFITABLE So now aim am about three weeks behind where I was and paying someone to come out and do an estimate I have to pay a penalty on the withdrawal from my retirement account as well as taxes Really unprofessional

We hired Volunteer Pool to build us a custom cover for our pool after we were given a price quoteThen as they requested (July 2015) we paid for the cost of the cover and owed a small balance for the instillation and pool closure for the winterAfter about wksthe price of the cover increased because of using another source but then they didn't use that source but still wanted to increase the priceTowards the end of October, after fighting leaves for weeks, the cover was installed and pool closed but the suggested cover pump was not installed and I had forgotten that it was to be installed to keep the leaves that would continue to fall from becoming wet and rotting on the coverWe were complete novices with the procedures since our pool was just completed June Needless to say I scraped leaves off the cover until I gave up the battleMy pool water suffered unbelievably and when Vol.Pool came to open the pool the gentlemen said they'd never seen a pool in this horrible conditionThis could've all been avoided if they had installed the cover pump which would have kept the surface dry and the leaves could have easily been blown off the coverMy pool floor and walls (gunnite) are stained miserablyA professional pool business told me that when the type of cover that I have is installed there is always a cover pump installed to avoid this problem

Really unprofessional

We hired Volunteer Pool to build us a custom cover for our pool after we were given a price quote. Then as they requested (July 2015) we paid for the cost of the cover and owed a small balance for the instillation and pool closure for the winter. After about 6 wks. the price of the cover increased because of using another source but then they didn't use that source but still wanted to increase the price. Towards the end of October, after fighting leaves for weeks, the cover was installed and pool closed but the suggested cover pump was not installed and I had forgotten that it was to be installed to keep the leaves that would continue to fall from becoming wet and rotting on the cover. We were complete novices with the procedures since our pool was just completed June 2015. Needless to say I scraped leaves off the cover until I gave up the battle. My pool water suffered unbelievably and when Vol.Pool came to open the pool the gentlemen said they'd never seen a pool in this horrible condition. This could've all been avoided if they had installed the cover pump which would have kept the surface dry and the leaves could have easily been blown off the cover. My pool floor and walls (gunnite) are stained miserably. A professional pool business told me that when the type of cover that I have is installed there is always a cover pump installed to avoid this problem.
