I've been attempting to get a refund from a terminated Service Contract with Volvo of Danbury for over 2 months and nothing has teanspired from my continuous checking in to what is going on. the refund should be over $1000.00 thus the reason I'm not giving up. I have provided the necassary documentation to them on several occassions without any resolution.

I'm concerned that I will not get it and therefor this seems almost criminal in nature.
