businessVolvo Cars of Louisville was NOT the selling dealer, however we are interested in establishing a relationship with the client to build a future relationshipRegarding the lack of returned calls, the dealership did recently have a day period of incoming phone line and voice mail failuresClient was in text communication with a sales associate during the outage periodMs*** was unaware of calls not returned due to messages that were not recordedWe sincerly regret any inconvience or frustration the phone line situation may have created for our guest. We are pending a date selected by the owner of the vehicle at his available timeHe has indiacated he should have a day availble sometime in the next weeks of April to present the vehicle. No further action can be taken by dealership at this time, pending inspection

The customer approved the charges of $for diagnosing the issue with the vehicle. The key he had did not start the vehicle, we made a new key for the labor total of $72.50. This allowed the vehicle to start. Later it came to light that the starter for the vehicle would
intermittently not work properly. Although during the process of moving the vehicle and the customer picking up the vehicle, the starter worked every time. The customer is from what he told me financially stressed due to having a key and a starter replaced within a two week period. All charges where approved and of market rate. We will not make any adjustments for this customer. He also took his vehicle elsewhere to have the starter replaced. Please let me know if you need any further information regarding this customer. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After my most recent correspondence, the vehicle again would not startIt was towed again to Volvo Cars of Louisville, who called me and told me that they now knew that the problems were both the key and, now for the first time, the starterThey quoted me to fix it for over $(I seem to recall it was over $but I am not certain at this point)I got a quote from two other shops for much less, and elected to have it towed to *** *** AutomotiveThey called me once they had a look at the carIt took them probably three minutes to determine simply that a wire was looseThey put it back in place and charged me nothingSee invoice attachedThe car has started just fine ever sinceSo, in other words, Volvo Cars of Louisville was going to charge me over $1,for a new key and a new starter when the issue, which was figured out by another shop within minutes, was simply a loose wireI wish to remain reasonable, fair, and level-headed about all of this, but to be perfectly frank if this does not deserve some action on behalf of the Revdex.com I am not entirely sure what wouldIf I can help with any other details or anything else at all, please don't hesitate to reach outThank you!
