*** *** was aware of the charge for the repair of his vehicle at the time the repair was performedThe computer had three codes stored in the systemThey were *** and ***None of these codes are related to the recallAfter speaking to Subaru Tech Support they asked us to check the
air filterWe informed Subaru of the aftermarket air filter and they told us to replace the air filter and clean the MAF SensorWe replaced the aftermarket air filter with a factory Subaru filter and cleaned the MAF Sensor road tested the vehicle and it was operating as designed. The problem with the vehicle was caused by the aftermarket air filterFor the reasons stated we deny *** request for a refund and consider the matter closed

The staff assured me when I picked up my car that they would talk to representatives from k and n and discuss what allegedly caused the damage to my car from their product and now an entire month has gone by that they have refused to take calls and or return calls to the k and n staff which only further leads me to believe they took advantage of me and charged for work that was never done.
