whom it may concern,Volvo Cars of Fort Washington has been in the automotive industry for several decades alreadyOver time, our experiences have not only taught us valuable lessons, it has shaped many of the policies and procedures that we live by on a daily basisStarting with service clients who enter our iot, they are quickly and precisely led to a certain spot, greeted, and assisted with the exit of their vehicleAt that point, we verbaly welcome the client, ask if they are here for their scheduled appointment, and ther proceed to walking around the vehicle WITH the client by our side, notating all marks, Scratches, chips, dents, dings, abrasions, cracks, and general wear and tear that is present on the exterior of their vehicleWe do this not only to protect the client and their property but also cover our own interests in the event that there is a disagreementAll condition reports are conducted with the client and kept on file with their work orders.With the [redacted] , their method of operation is to have [redacted] drop off their [redacted] (which they purchased used) for Service, going through the walk around process with an employee of Voivo Cars of Fort WashingtonWe (WCFW) perform the requested repairs/maintenance and alert the client that their vehicle is ready for pickup [redacted] then proceeds to pick up her vehicle and drive awayThe next day we receive an angry and aggressive phone call from [redacted] claiming (without merit) that we damaged their vehicleThis exact sequence has now happened on three separate occasions, let us note that we have ZERO other service clients with this type of complaintIn addition, after the first two accusations that were hurled in our direction by [redacted] , we politely and in an accommodating manner provided them with a FREE, FULL PROFESSIONAL detail of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle (a $value at no charge to the client)In addition, the Scratches that [redacted] blamed us for were very deep and needed touch up paintIn an attempt to Satisfy the Customer, we hired a touch up paint specialist to apply touch up paint to the Scratches (NO magic marker was used as the [redacted] has claimed),Voivo Cars of Fort Washington has jumped through hoops in an attempt at appeasing an otherwise unreasonabie cFient without admitting responsibility for the alleged damagesAt this point in time, we have, in good faith, done everything we couid to satisfy the [redacted] to no availThe only reasonable Solution was to recommend the [redacted] s find another service facility since they seem to be disappointed with the service we provide over several different occasionsIn addition, we took pictures of their vehicle the last time they dropped it off for service, only to pick up the vehicle, call us the next day, and claim that whatever damage that was noted in the walk around during drop off was caused by Voivo Cars of Fort Washington the previous visitWe are unable to meet the [redacted] s expectations and beiieve it is in the best interest of all parties involved to not engage in any future transactions.Paul M [redacted]
