[redacted] Automotive and their network of dealerships operate with very high standards for delivering quality service on a consistent basis to all customers. We hold all our associates accountable to conduct business with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. On behalf of [redacted] Automotive we sincerely regret that your experience was less than satisfactory and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred. Our dealerships are required to follow processes for the sale of vehicles to insure we protect our business interest and our customers’ personal and finance information. All customers are asked to complete some form of a credit application for the purchase of a vehicle even though they may secure their own financing through a lender of their choice. It is also important to note that our dealerships are unable to hold vehicles unless there is a signed contract. As previously discussed [redacted], Regional Vice President – Houston area received a copy of your email and I spoke with him earlier today regarding your concerns. During his review of the matter he learned you had not signed a contract to purchase the [redacted] therefore the vehicle was still available for sale and later sold to another buyer. Volvo of Houston was notified by your lender the drafting was cancelled and their representative signed and returned the requested acknowledgement form. We are aware that our response regarding an owner’s concerns may have an impact on where they will purchase and service their vehicles. With this in mind we take the concerns of our customers very seriously and give every possible consideration when reviewing an issue that is brought to our attention. As much as we desire to resolve each of our customer’s requests to their satisfaction, it is not always possible to meet every expectation.
