Review: My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned [redacted] from [redacted] on February 14, 2014. Included in the sales contract was a maintenance agreement to cover routine maintenance service on our vehicle up to 100,000 miles. A few days subsequent to our purchase (February 18, 2014), I called [redacted] and requested cancellation of the maintenance agreement. I also followed up with an email to the Finance Manager ([redacted]) requesting that he cancel the maintenance agreement and refund the amount to my lien holder [redacted] Bank. Since my initial cancellation request, I have made numerous phone calls to the dealership and sent numerous emails requesting a refund check be sent to the lien holder. I also contacted [redacted] corporate customer service for assistance in getting my refund. After many unreturned phone calls and promises from the dealership, I am no further along than when I initially requested this refund. The Finance Manager promised me he would investigate my file when I spoke to him on May 2, 2014, and he promised to get back to me no later than May 5th. Of course, I never heard from him. I called him this morning (May 12th) again and he told me he had requested my file and it had not arrived yet. We are going into our fourth month now with still no refund or, for that matter, word from the dealership that a refund check will be cut to my lien holder. In the meantime, I am paying interest to my lien holder on the amount of the refund. I am at an impasse currently, as I am continually ignored by the dealership.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund check for the full amount of the maintenance agreement plus interest as soon as possible.

I have not been reimbursed for the interest I paid to my lien holder on the amount of the refund that the dealership held for over three months. Until I receive that amount, I do not consider this complaint resolved.
