Review: My husband and I were purchasing a car and were already pre approved for the purchase of our car which we were at the dealer to pick up. We had a credit union check fot the full amount of the car and the finance manager was aware of this. While we were waiting for the paperwork to sign for the car. The financial manager ran a credit report without written or verbal permission. We did not apply for credit with the dealership nor complete any forms or applications requesting credit or granting permission to run our credit. At the time of signing for the car and receiving a copy of the credit reports I told the finance manager that he did not have permission to run the reports and that it was fraud to have done so.Desired Settlement: Remove inquiry from credit history

We did not complete a credit application and give permission to run a credit application. We request that Volvo of Orange provide copies of this aledge application.

I have a copy of Mr [redacted] and [redacted] Signed Credit Aplication as well as the copies of the Credit Score from Experian also signed.I will email to [redacted] as soon as I hear from her tomorrow that it is ok with the [redacted]'s to send, as the customer's personal information is on there, otherwise we can email directly to the [redacted]'s.We are also working with our DMS provider to request the records be removed that were run by Experian.thanks[redacted]
