Volvo of Saskatoon Car Dealer

We traded our car on April the 11, 2016, singed up the paper for a new car Volvo XC90 2016. We had to pick up the car on Apr 14, But two hours before, we were called by the financial manager from this company and told that the car is not ready, the battery in the car is dead. We asked them to solve this problem. We picked up the car that day but, we had to return back in two more weeks because the car started to make us technical problems. The financial manager didn't explain properly what is the process of trading, and we had to pay the old car loan, when we already bought the new one. Accidentally we contacted our bank and they could stop our payments and waiting for payment of our previous loan. So far, our troubles did not stop. We called several time the financial manager of this company and asked him to explain when the firs payment for our new car is going to be... every time when we asked him to send us the prove (as a written document) we did not receive any paper or letter from him. This week we finally got our first payment, of $637 they got the money on May 10, instead of May the 14 as we were told, (and as we after found on our signed papers). Today, May the 13th, we found out that the bank got again, the second payment for this week, in just three days after the first one. The papers were signed for biweekly payments. Mr [redacted] also had registered his complaint with Volvo Canada. As such their CS people where also involved.
