The rear brake rotors that were fully replaced in August by Chris's Volvo had to be totally redone due to them being "out of round" on my Volvo XC-less than months laterThis resulted in an additional charge by Parker Volvo of $in addition to the $paid to Chris's I had not even paid off my credit card charge before the rear brakes went bad On a different topic, the loaner car provided to me when I put my car in this shop was dangerous On my way home from Chris's, while driving miles per hour down the Interstate, the hood flew up I had to slam on my brakes to stop in the middle of the road, get out and shut it Had another car or truck been behind me I could have been killed Then, when I got the car home (with a check engine light that never went off), the car alarm went off through out the night so I had to take it to a vacant parking lot at midnight due to neighbor complaints Thus, I was not interested in returning my car to them for further repairs
