The rear brake rotors that were fully replaced in August 2015 by Chris's Volvo had to be totally redone due to them being "out of round" on my 2010 Volvo XC-60 less than 6 months later. This resulted in an additional charge by Parker Volvo of $646.25 in addition to the $1457.02 paid to Chris's. I had not even paid off my credit card charge before the rear brakes went bad.
On a different topic, the loaner car provided to me when I put my car in this shop was dangerous. On my way home from Chris's, while driving 70 miles per hour down the Interstate, the hood flew up. I had to slam on my brakes to stop in the middle of the road, get out and shut it. Had another car or truck been behind me I could have been killed. Then, when I got the car home (with a check engine light that never went off), the car alarm went off through out the night so I had to take it to a vacant parking lot at midnight due to neighbor complaints. Thus, I was not interested in returning my car to them for further repairs.
