Company broke my pipe and never called to fix it
I called the company to snake my drains and was given a quote When they came out the drains were of coarse draining the person did a few things that I said were fine, like removing the plug and looking down drain for debris When he decided to snake the line in my kitchen the pipe dislodged He said someone would call me after the weekend and no one ever did I did pay the bill at the time which was a ridiculous amount for what he did, he was there minutes or less I was also told there was no fee to come out and was charged for one I have called them numerous times and no one has ever called back
Great for the Corona de Tucson, Vail, and Rita Ranch communities We returned home from a long vacation and after a few flushes of the toilets and one shower, we had water and filth backing up into the bathtubs Called All Pro early the next morning, and *** was at our house within minutes(Got lucky he was in the area) A half hour later, he was done cleaning out the sewer line under the house and out to streetHe explained that after an extended period of inactivity, the old lines may catch and hold the first things that go down the lines, and cause a blockage Very quick, friendly, and professional Thank you ***! All Pro will be our plumber in Corona de Tucson!

July 25th I discovered a huge wet puddle in my hallway carpetI called AllPro and they sent out a tech and he discovered that a clamp they installed failed which caused the leakThe owner *** called the next morning and said he was going to take of thisHe hired Steamy concepts to come a demo the damaged wall and flooringHis insurance company denied the claim and I was told I had to deal with my own insurance company and that was itI was left with no flooring, ceiling and walls ripped out and bathroom vanity removed due to moldThe repair estimate came out to $If I go through my company I have $deductible and my premiums will go upAllPro states that it was a manufactor flaw but they installed this part into my homeI paid them $not including the drywall repairs to install this system into my homeAllpro ha
