I purchased the Pink/blue tie dye jogger and hoodie on Von Dutch's website on March 20th. I received a total of two emails including my confirmation email and "your items are on the way" email. Nothing followed those two emails, not an email that included my tracking or any updates regarding my order. I reached out to Von Dutch immediately when my sister's order arrived to her home before me and I had order mine a week before her. I then heard back from a representative, Traci, who asked my order number to then follow up with updates. After reaching back out to her after not hearing back she then stated that my order was shipped out and that she could offer to cover 50% of my order if I reorder the items, and to make sure I include signature confirmation for the next time I order. I have been working from home since placing my order and have been home to received all my mail. I live in a home so my packages are not getting stolen while I am at home and answering the door 24/7 for all my mail. Also, Von Dutch has failed to provide proof of actually shipping my package, no tracking number etc. I have never received a tracking number and till this day the "Your package is on the way" email is still saying to check back for shipping updates, see below. Although Traci is stating that the package was delivered. This is all starting to sound a little shady and unprofessional.

I made a purchase online at vondutch.com on aril 5, 2019 at 10:28 am PT with USPS Priority shipping for 1-3 business days, on April 15, I had not heard anything on my order so I looked online for a contact method and emailed the company. After I checked my email for a tracking number and noticed an email from Amy Green COordination Manager asking for my shipping address. 10 DAYS later you ask for a shipping address? I sent her the address again and waited. I didn't hear anything back so I sent another email for an update, still have not heard anything. I have requested a refund as it has now been 12 days since I placed the order with 1-3 day shipping and have absolutely no update. I have called the phone number for them as there is no answer as well.

I’m attaching the original complaint I sent to the company with their response. After that response I’ve tried to contact them multiple times with no response back.

Unpacked it to try it on and noticed the graphics are off-center. This was not specified in the description I would like my money refunded and shipping and return shipping. Please get back to me as soon as possible so I know how to proceed from here .
