Absolutely terrible experience and would never want anyone to go through what I did. Paid $2,000 for an 8 week old puppy back in December 2019. Second week of having the puppy, he got sick. Throwing up, diarrhea. Took the puppy to the vet and he had worms. The vet indicated it was a bad case of worms that he had for a while. Got medication, puppy went on a special diet, puppy was better for a few days, got sick again. This time, it was a weekend so we had to take him to an emergency vet. ER vet gave us a different medication for his worms that worked better than what he was initially prescribed. Gave him the new meds with a special diet and he was better for a few days. Then, puppy seemed off. He wasn't eating or drinking and seemed lethargic. Once again, back to the ER vet. While at the ER vet to try and figure out what was wrong, the puppy started seizing in my arms. The vet couldn't figure out initially what was wrong, so they kept him, sedated him to keep him comfortable and tried to figure out why the puppy was seizing. They couldn't control the seizures after 2 days of attempting to do so with medicine and sedation. I go visit my puppy to hold and comfort him while all of this is going on and he began to seize horribly. My puppy, who I had barely even a month and grew attached to, passed away in my arms that night. Turns out, he had distemper. I contacted Aaron and his wife countless times. I had no issue at all getting a hold of them prior to purchasing my puppy with whatever questions or concerns I had. I also had no issues getting a hold of them when I was sending them money. However, after the death of my puppy, it was impossible to get any form of correspondence. When I finally talked to Aaron over the phone, he apologized and felt terrible for what had occurred and said a friend of his had actually taken care of that litter for him and failed to give them all their shots. He thought he could trust his friend from what he told me. Not once was I made aware of this detail prior to purchasing the puppy or during the time I had my puppy before he died. I had contacted Aaron during the time of my puppy being seen countless times by the vet and told him about him having worms. Not once did he make me aware of the fact that the puppies never got all their shots and were cared for by someone else other than himself until after my puppy died!
Aaron made me an offer to get a new puppy because a litter would be available soon or I could get a full refund. Initially I had opted for a new puppy, but circumstances changed and after much thought, I didn't want to go through that again! I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I became attached to my puppy. I had him a month and visited the emergency vet on 3 separate occasions, totaling up to over $2500. I told Aaron this and told him I had decided to go with a full refund. Mind you, this was back in January and I didn't receive a response from him until February. He only responded because I filed a claim through paypal requesting a full refund. He told me in 8 weeks, I'd get a full refund sent back to me via paypal. This was back in February. It is now almost mid April and nothing! I've tried texting and messaging through Facebook and nothing. I even show he's read my messages on Facebook and fails to respond to me yet will post all day, everyday. It's frustrating that I trusted this person and just as frustrating that I paid him $2,000 for a puppy I didn't even have more than a month and was sick due to not being cared for properly. I didn't even ask him for a dime of what I paid for all those vet visits. I only asked for a refund for what I paid for the puppy. Even then, I can't get a refund or a single response through all channels of communication that I've attempted. He nor his wife made any efforts during the time my puppy was sick, or after my puppy died. Now, over 4 months later, and I'm still waiting on my refund. I have a dead puppy, I'm out almost $5,000 and can't get a single response to every attempt I've made at trying to contact either of them. I'd never recommend anyone to go through Aaron for the purchase of a puppy. Extremely unprofessional and cares only about making money off the sale of those puppies.

Paid $2,on 6/26th for a dog that Aaron picked out for us Promised a good size Rottweiler For months have been giving them the opportunity to provide the papers on the dog and they mail the registration papers to me and expect me to pay the registration fee on 10/7th Along with the fact she only weighs 40LBs at 1/months, (sent pictures to show her size) which is below AKC specs The VET I taker her to has mentioned she is below specs Have asked for a refund a couple of times and no response The whole experience has been draining
