RE: Case # [redacted]
On Wednesday July 19th • tnis person came in and bought a blower motor, a capacitor, and a motor mount kit. The motor we sold him...

was based on the information he supplied. The following Monday morning as I was standing by the back door talking to someone, he drove into our parking lot, got out of his truck, walked up and rudely interrupted the conversation I
was having by saying "hey, I want my money back'. I asked what he was talking about. He said he had bought a motor but it was the wrong one and he wanted his money back. He said he
had not opened the box. I asked if he had not opened the box how did he know it was wrong
and also where was the capacitor and the motor mount. He said he used the other parts (which were for the motor he had) but that he had gotten another motor. I told him I would give him
his money back if he brought in the old motor to let me see I had given him the wrong one. He
then got very irate, went to his truck and got the new motor in the box. He held the box in his hand like he was goingto throw it at me and the person I was talking to. I told him I have been
In business a long time and don't cheat customers and that he better think about what he was doing because I would take him down in the parking lot if necessary. At the time I (and the other person) felt he had gone into a offensive frame of mind and I felt I needed to be
defensive. He then said he had sued several people and that he was going to go to the police and then sue us. lie then got in his truck throwing rocks over a truck in the parking lot as he
left. We have been in business for over 30 years and strive to be honest and fair to all. This situation is a first for us.
We would be willing to take the motor back and refund his money for the-motor less a [redacted] restocking fee under the following conditions:
1. We would need to inspect the motor and make sure it is the same motor we sold to him before a refund is given.
2. He would have to apologize to both people for his behavior and attitude and for spraying the guys truck with rocks as he left before a refund is given.
3. He would have to retract any/all complaints he has made to anyone such as the Revdex.com, police, and any other public complaints he has made against our company before a refund is given.
