Review: I specifically went in for a consultation; I brought in two photos of how I wanted my hair. [redacted] insisted that he knew exactly how I wanted it. He said, he does a lot of hair like that and knew exactly what I wanted. I said, do not give me striking high or low lights. I clearly explained that was not my style; nor do I like that look (again, I brought in two photos of how I wanted my hair). Unfortunately, what I wanted, and paid for, never happened. After removing the foil I was devastated. He did EXACTLY what I asked him not to do. He tried to convince me that it looked good and I started crying. I begged him to fix it and he told me that would be an additional $20.00. I couldnt believe it!! He then instructed his assistance to put a darker color over my hair to cover his mistake. It wasnt until I got home that I realized that the front of my hair was burnt. My bangs and sides were, and still are, fried (I took photos of all of my claims.) I am asking for a complete refund of $130.00.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a full refund of $130.00 ($120.00 for the hair and $10.00 tip)

Customer came into business and asked for our services. She wished to have a hairstyle done to resemble the likes of those in the pictures she had brought with her. Business went ahead and provided those services. Initially, customer informed stylist that the color was too light so business redid the service to her satisfaction. At this point she seemed 100% satisfied.
Business picked up customer from where her car was being serviced, drove customer to the bank, drove her back to the salon(where customer then proceeded to tip the stylist), and drove her back to her vehicle. At no point in time did customer express any dissatisfaction with business services. That is why it came to business surprise when customer decided to file complaint as business went above and beyond to fulfill customer requests. At this point business believes they provided services in excess of what customer paid for so the request for the refund is denied.
