Review: We contracted with Vona for 1,000SF of [redacted] (Patio) to be installed around our pool with an anticipated completion in the Spring of 2015. Vona guaranteed their work product against cracking due to the fiberglass technology used in it. The [redacted] was completed on May 13, 2015 and Vona was paid in full on May 16, 2015. On May 31, 2015 we found two cracks in the [redacted]. On June 1, 2015 we notified Vona of the cracked decking via a voice message. That same week we emailed them a photo example and spoke with a representative from Vona, at which time she indicated that they would have to get back to me. Following that we have sent them emails and left voice messages through June 23, 2015 to address the issue. The cracks in the [redacted] are now each in excess of 3 & 6 inches and continue to grow in size. Unfortunately, all attempts to resolve this issue with Vona direct have resulted in no response.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace the area of the cracked decking.
