June 5, 2015, *** * *** *** purchased a puppyIn the contract and verbally it was explained that the stud dog was not registered with the AKC as he was just imported from Europe prior to the breedingAll pedigree paperwork, including vaccinations, and hips and elbow information (which
are known as pink papers from Europe) were provided at the signing of the contractWe advised that it would take time to complete a foreign dog registrationOnce that was done then they would be able to register their puppyWithout the stud dogs owners (***) registration we could not register our litterThey agreed with this situation and signed the contract which they have provided in this complaintIt is true we did not follow up with the stud dog's owner immediately to request the papers for the registration of the stud dog in a timely fashionBut when the ***' asked about the papers we followed upWe learned that the broker of the dog ***) had fallen ill, requiring open heart surgeryHe is required to transfer ownership to *** Because Dietrich was ill, he was unable to transfer ownership in a timely fashionOnce ownership was transferred there is a special registry for the stud dog which requires DNA, this was done and was overnighted to the AKC RegistryIt is now in the hands of the AKC Special RegistryIt is a processPossibly taking 6-weeksOnce the stud dog is registered we can register our litter and provide all the papers to all the ownersThe mother of the dog is registered already we just have to wait on the stud dogs papersIt is truly out of our handsIt is processingWe are sorry the *** are dissatisfiedThey will get their papersIt is just a matter of when we will get confirmation that the stud dog has been registeredTo register the puppy it takes literally a weekIf the *** are not willing to wait, then we will refund their money and the puppy must be returned to us as stated in the contractHonestly the AKC registration is only needed if the puppy is going to be entered into any AKC events, or ultimately bredWe have never been advised by the ***' of any intent to do eitherAs far as anyone becoming nasty, it in fact has been *** ***, who has slandered our impeccable reputation via social mediaIf you have any further questions, we can be contacted at the above telephone number

I am rejecting this response because:
we were never advised verbally with regards to this situation.  It was written in the contract and was mentioned as a matter of fact issue and nothing to worry about.  It is none of Vondercoyles business whether I have in participate inakc event or breed him.  Also with regards to social media I posted on my [redacted] a comment of my dissatisfaction with breeder and he started harrasing a woman that agreed with my positon who is also a vondercoyle owner. So I really dontthink he has a impeccable reputation I have conversations with the breeders wife here are the messages where she is clearly stating her husband the breeder with the impeccable reputation dropped the ball.  they have clearly acted in bad faithand its been 17 months and not response from breeder.  If they overnighted the dna testing let them provide you with the tracking number to the akc, lets see if they are being truthful.
